Half Moon Bay, Miramar Beach Home… A 2500 sq.ft. beach house for a previous client who wanted a California-Cape Cod home.  Large expanse of glass windows and doors on the west-facing wall brings spectacular sunsets into the interior space.  Open interior spaces and outdoor deck expand livable space for entertaining large groups without feeling cramped.  The home featured radiant heat and Blomberg fiberglass windows.

Los Altos, California, remodel

We  completed this remodel after reviewing the client’s program that included the possibility of completely demolishing the home.  After inspecting the existing home, we decided that rather than tearing down the home, we could use a majority of the existing structure and design a completely new feel and look that the owner felt very passionate about.
