Knorr Architecture has been delighting our clients since 1951.  Originally founded by Don Knorr, we are a boutique architectural firm, located in downtown San Mateo, specializing in residential and hospitality projects for discerning clients. Knorr Architecture approach building designs by nurturing the unique perspective of our clients and reflect upon the distinctive environment of the project site as the foundation for inspirations.  We have developed a practice by which we tailor our services and designs to the needs of the individual project, within required time schedules and at the prescribed budget.  Our user centered approach to design results in imaginative, aesthetic solutions of functionally planned living spaces that respond directly to our client’s individual vision.
